Rick’s only hope of survival is for Kaitlyn and Zarina to find an ancient device that might not exist
After falling into a coma from their previous mission, Rick’s life is slowly slipping away. Making matters worse, his healing factor is cannibalizing his body in an attempt to break him out of it. It’s only a matter of time before his body fails due to starvation.
Going against direct orders, Kaitlyn and Zarina race against time to find a mythical item that might be Rick’s only hope at recovery. There’s also mounting evidence that they have a leak that’s been compromising all of their recent missions and could actively sabotage their efforts to recover what might be the only remedy for Rick’s condition.
Now they’re on the run from Project Endpoint in the hopes they’ll be able to find technology that’s possibly alien in origin without being captured or killed.
Will Rick survive long enough for Kaitlyn and Zarina to succeed in their mission, and if they’re successful, will they be able to infiltrate back onto the base to get it to Rick in time?
